Crooked River Boutique ships all orders within 2-5 business days. Shipping time from order to delivery ranges from 5-10 business days, depending on the items purchased. Returns must be dropped in the mail to us within 7 days after delivery to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Crooked River Boutique will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
